At Seeking Saints, we take pride in the quality and care behind every piece. Due to the nature of our streetwear collections, we do not offer refunds.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

What we offer:

• Exchange for the same item (if available)
• Store credit for the value of the item

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
• You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

Steps to Request an Exchange or Store Credit:

1. Email us at theseekingsaints@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
2. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
3. The item must be returned within 7 days of approval.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges/store credit are only offered for damaged or incorrect items
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
